Information we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address and phone number, pickup and delivery locations, freight details, dimensions, weight, dates, loading requirements and any photos you choose to attach.

If you email or call us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you choose to ship with us, arrange and manage your shipment.

A quote request is an enquiry. It does not create a booking or a contract.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website: our website hosting provider, Resend (delivering quote requests by email) and Cloudflare Turnstile (blocking automated spam). They process information only to provide their services to us.

Where it is needed to arrange a shipment you ask us to handle, we share the necessary shipment and contact details with the parties involved in moving it.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Spam protection

Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal or contractual limits. Contact us using the details below.

If you have concerns we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
